Orders
The minimum order acceptable is 6 bottles (one case). All prices shown are inclusive of Duty and Value Added Tax at the prevailing rate of 17.5%.

Delivery
Delivery will not be later than 21 days from the date your order is received. Wines in stock will be delivered to your specified address within mainland United Kingdom within 48 hours. Due to the unrelenting increases in the price of fuel over which we have no control, we have been forced to review our delivery charges which have not been changed since March 1999. The following delivery charges will apply within mainland United Kingdom. For orders under £500.00 the delivery charge will be 10% of the total value of your order with a minimum charge of £12.00. For orders of £500.00 and over delivery in mainland United Kingdom is free. Orders for delivery outside the United Kingdom are subject to individual quotations.

Payment
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard or Switch. Credit/debit cards will not be charged until the order is ready for despatch.

Privacy Guarantee
Your personal details will be used only by us to advise you of special offers and sales promotions. They will NOT be revealed to anyone else.

Breakages
Any breakages must be notified to us by fax 01205 363653 or e-mail us on amis.duvin@btinternet.com within TWO DAYS of delivery being made to you at which time we shall arrange for those damaged items to be replaced at no cost to you as soon as can be reasonably arranged.

All wines offered are subject to availability, and where wines are not available, an alternative will be offered to you. Descriptions and details of all wines offered are outside of our control and we are unable to guarantee that the contents of any bottle actually matches the description provided to us by the growers/winemakers/estates. All wines offered are only available to persons aged 18 years and over. All prices are subject to change/alteration without prior notice.
